How Much is Too Much?

YellingAbout a month ago, an Egyptian Blogger was thrown into prison for a term of four years.  Abdel Kareem Soliman had committed the "crime" of insulting Islam–Egypt’s main religion–and calling President Hosni Mubarak a dictator.  He also criticized the top Islam institution, al-Azhar.  Soliman is a former student of the institution and calls it "the university of terrorism."  (He was expelled in 2006.)

So our critical question is how much freedom of speech is too much?  Can a person ever abuse his or her right to freedom of speech?
