Nuclear North Korea

Nuclear_reactorCountries are mad at North Korea once again.  In response to recent events in which North Korea built a working nuclear reactor, the countries of the United States, United Kingdom and China, among others, ordered North Korea to shut down their nuclear facilities.

These countries agreed to give North Korea one million tons of heavy feul and twenty-five million dollars to shut down the nuclear reactor.  However, it almost seems like these countries are bullying North Korea.

So the point we are debating is why should North Korea be forced to give up their nuclear power?  How does anybody decide if a country is responsible or not, and who decides if a country should have nuclear power?
